1. At the time of booking, a confirmation invoice will be issued. A contract then exists with Montrave International Ltd. 2. Fees and Deposits. From time to time, Montrave International Ltd may require a fee to be paid to make up a quotation. This fee would be deducted from sums due when that quotation becomes a firm booking. At the time of booking, a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the value of the tours booked becomes payable. Tours will be cancelled if the deposit is not paid as due. Where facilities (e.g. golf courses) may require Montrave International Ltd to make greater deposits more than 45 days prior to arrival (see Para 3 below), Montrave International Ltd. reserves the right to require these amounts to also be paid at the time of paying the deposit or before the due date of the payment of the balance, whichever is applicable. 3. Payment of the balance. The balance of all payments must be made 45 days prior to arrival. Bookings received less than 45 days before arrival must be accompanied by the full payment. If payment is not received on the due date, Montrave International Ltd reserves the right to treat the booking as cancelled and therefore levy cancellation charges of up to 100% of the tour price. 4. Changes to bookings. After the confirmation invoice has been issued, any amendments made will incur a fee of 25. 5. Cancellation and refunds. All cancellations requests must be made in writing. When a request for cancellation is received less than 60 days before arrival, the following schedule of charges will apply.
6. Insurance. Montrave International Ltd does not include travel insurance in any prices that are quoted. It is therefore important that those travelling carry sufficient travel insurance to cover cancellation, interruption, medical and other eventualities. 7. Air Transport. All prices quoted do not include any air transport whatsoever. Montrave International cannot be held responsible for any costs associated with delays to air transport that results in alterations to tours, and reserves the right to levy any extra charges that they may be incurred as a result of such disruption. 8. Other non-contracted transport. Montrave International cannot be held responsible for any costs associated with delays to any other transport not specifically included in the contracted tours, and reserves the right to levy any extra charges that may be incurred as a result of such disruption. 9. Items not included in tour price. Air transport, airport taxes, passport and visas, personal laundry, telephone calls, meals specifically not included in the itinerary, discretionary gratuities, all personal expenditure incurred at golf courses (including buggies, caddies and club hire, unless specifically arranged and paid for at the time of booking). 10. Items included in the tour price. Ground transport as specified in the itinerary. Hotel accommodation as specified in the itinerary, or to a similar standard. Golf green fees as specified. 11. Ground transport. Montrave International will arrange suitable ground transport as specified in the tour itinerary, to include suitable luggage space for reasonable quantities of luggage and golf clubs (where applicable). Tour guides will be provided only where requested or specified. 12. Hotels. Accommodation will be provided as specified in the tour itinerary and may only be used by those notified to Montrave International. Sub-letting, sharing or assignment of the accommodation is prohibited. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Montrave International reserves the right substitute the accommodation for similar accommodation (classifications as determined by tourist boards or similar organisations). 12. Changes to bookings or itinerary. Due to circumstances beyond the control of Montrave International Ltd., it may become necessary to amend or cancel a booking. Every effort will be made to arrange a suitable alternative. If notice is given in sufficient time before a tour commences, in writing, that an alternative is not suitable, a full refund will be given. Montrave International accepts no responsibility for loss, damage or expenses, and no refunds will be given, where on-going tours are interrupted or changed due to force majeure. 13. Cruises. Where Montrave International takes bookings on behalf of cruise ship companies, the terms and booking conditions of those cruise ship companies and any other applicable matters, as laid out in their main brochures, will apply. 14. Accuracy. Montrave International Ltd is determined that all brochures are as accurate as possible, and continually monitors facilities provided and managed by third parties. But no liability or responsibility can be accepted arising out of misdirection within a brochure, due to circumstances which are beyond control or supervision. 15. Complaints. Any complaints should be notified to Montrave International Ltd. at the earliest possible opportunity so that they may be investigated and settled quickly and amicably. If not dealt with during the tour, complaints must be notified in writing within ten days of the end of the tour. 16. Liability. Montrave International accepts responsibility for the acts and/or omissions of its employees, agents and suppliers while acting within the scope of or in the course of their employment, agency or contract of supply only. 17. Currency. Montrave International reserves the right to amend prices when currency values are subject to fluctuation.
